The Company has a staff of about 40 employees (depending on the period of the year). The extent of the territory and the various activities being carried out require that staff be located in Chibougamau, Matagami, Radisson, as well as the kilometre 381 rest stop on the James Bay highway.
The Company also favours a decentralised management that promotes the empowerment of its staff. Consequently, it maintains a high capacity to adapt to the realities the Company faces. Focusing on the quality of its service and the satisfaction delivered, the staff participates in the organization of its work and contributes to improving efficiency. The staff is required to report on the results of its work and accepts the consequences of its actions and decisions. The staff must also comply with the rules of conduct described in the Code of Ethics (only available in French).
